For the love of Pops

Kaz’s Kitchen is lovingly named after my father Carl Kazmierski, Papa Kaz, who passed away in March 2011.  At the age of 10, he introduced me to the kitchen, the love of food and the art of cooking.  At 17, he encouraged me to study the culinary arts at Humber College through its Hotel and Restaurant Management Program.  Over the years we have cooked together and created some wonderful masterpieces and some not so wonderful concoctions.   From suckling pig to roasted goat in the backyard, from crème brûlée to cream puffs we have tried just about everything.

Throughout my professional life I have been many things – front desk clerk, legal assistant, fundraiser – but I have always returned to my love of cooking, especially baking.  Now I am fulfilling a life-long dream of creating the best desserts ever – just for you!  I use only the freshest ingredients and make everything from scratch.  I hope you will let me help make your special occasion perfect.
